By accessing or using Remote Pass, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use Remote Pass only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Indian and international laws, including labour, tax and data-protection regulations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks and software on the platform remain the property of Remote Pass LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the service without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remote Pass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
