This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which Remote Pass provides refunds for subscription fees.

1. Subscription Fees

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you retain access until then.

3. Requesting a Refund

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact help@remotepass.app within 14 days of the charge with your account details and reason for the request.
