This Privacy Policy explains how Remote Pass LLC collects, uses, discloses and safeguards your information when you use our platform, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly — such as name, email, company details, and payroll data — as well as data collected automatically, including device, usage and log information.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to provide and improve the service, process payroll and compliance filings, communicate with you, and meet legal obligations.
3. Data Security
Sensitive fields such as PAN, Aadhaar, UAN and bank details are encrypted at the field level using AWS KMS. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3).
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted processors (e.g. payment and statutory-filing partners) under strict contractual safeguards.
5. Your Rights

6. Data Retention
We retain payroll and statutory records for the period required by Indian law (up to 7 years) and delete other personal data when no longer needed.
